Pick up from Bangalore Airport, City, or Railway Station and travel to Mysore. Enjoy local sightseeing including Mysore Palace, Brindavan Gardens, Chamundi Hills, Mysore Zoo, Lalita Mahal Palace, and Srirangapatna, with an overnight stay at a Mysore hotel.
Day 2 -
Travel from Mysore to Coorg. After breakfast, visit Bylakuppe, the largest Tibetan settlement in South India, known for the Tibetan Golden Temple, and Kaveri Nisargadhama, an island formed by the Cauvery River. Explore Raja’s Seat and Raja Tomb, then stay overnight in Coorg.
Day 3 -
In Coorg, after breakfast and checking out of the hotel, visit Talakaveri (the birthplace of the Cauvery River), Bhagamandala Bhagandeshwara Temple, and Triveni Sangama. Return to Madikeri to visit Abbey Falls and Omkareshwar Temple, then stay overnight in Coorg.
Day 4 -
Travel from Coorg to Ooty, with local sightseeing en route including Mudumalai National Park, Pykara Lake (boating), Pykara Falls, Kamarajar Dam, 6th Mile, and 9th Mile Cine Shooting Point. Proceed to Ooty and stay overnight.
Day 5 -
In Ooty, enjoy local sightseeing including Centenary Rose Garden, Lake (Boathouse), Thread Garden, Children’s Park, Government Museum, Dodabetta Peak, Tea Factory, Botanical Garden, and Wax Museum. Stay overnight in Ooty.
Day 6 -
Travel from Ooty to Kodaikanal, a 275 km journey taking approximately 6 hours via Palani. On the way, visit Ketti Valley View, Dolphin’s Nose, Lamb’s Rock, Tea Gardens, Sims Park, and Nilgiri Mountain Railway. Proceed to Kodaikanal and stay overnight.
Day 7 -
After breakfast in Kodaikanal, enjoy local sightseeing including Kodaikanal Lake, Coaker’s Walk, Pillar Rocks, Bryant Park, Green Valley View, Kurinji Andavar Temple, Silver Cascade Falls, Guna Cave, Dolphin’s Nose, and Bear Shola Falls. If time permits, visit Berijam Lake, located about 20-25 km from Kodaikanal inside a forest area. Return to the hotel.
Day 8 -
If time permits, continue local sightseeing in Kodaikanal before traveling to Coimbatore City or Airport for your departure.
